Over the weekend, Elon Musk via DOGE sent out a memo to all federal employees instructing them to reply to the email by today listing five things they accomplished last week. In a business, this would be par for the course—-at least in a good business. But this is government, and there are a few aspects of government that don’t quite fit the mold.
