Right off the bat, I do not buy the Fox News Youngkin +8 poll from yesterday. But an internal poll today that was released echoes that of many others, showing him up 4. Big Data, Richard Baris’s outfit—-and the most accurate pollster in the U.S.—-has Youngkin up 3. Trafalgar also had him up.
I think he will need to be up at least three to offset the nursing home/absentee voting fraud that was revealed yesterday, wherein a study found that nearly 90% of the absentee ballot information did not match the people in those residences in some 22 counties in Virginia. This was similar to the story out of Wisconsin that there were 200,000 more ballots in 2020 than in 2016 to come from nursing homes or “indefinitely confined voters.” Levels of fraud such as this indeed throw the whole “81 million Biteme voters” in question.
But back to the Old Dominion. What makes this race so different than previous Virginia governor/senator races is that the Republican, Glenn Youngkin, found a key issue and has hammered it without getting distracted or committing a major gaffe (anyone remember George Allen’s “machaca” moment?) By focusing on the mutually corrosive issues of transoids in schools and Communist Racist Theory (CRT), Youngkin is finally cracking the blue wall of the northern ‘burbs. It seems that even DemoKKKrats are at least a little concerned that men in skirts are not only coming into kiddies’ bathrooms but are actually assaulting them. Another case in Loudoun Co. has surfaced overnight.
When combined with the insane and thoroughly racist CRT, Virginia education is the key issue of the race. DemoKKKrat governor Terry (“the Punk”) McCauliffe not only has not backed down on this, but has doubled down, insisting nothing is wrong with school boards overriding the desires of parents. They know better, after all.
Trust me, though: if Youngkin even comes within a point of winning, this will send shock waves throughout the DemoKKKrat party. They thought they owned Virginia, just as they now think they own Colorado and New Mexico. We’ll see soon. Meanwhile, Youngkin continues to run the best race possible.
Oh, and don’t be thrown by those who say President Donald Trump should have stayed out and not endorsed Youngkin. His endorsement is the biggest GOP draw in recent history, bigger than Ronald Reagan’s because Reagan was always careful about getting wrapped up in lower-tier races. Trump is always good for an extra 1-4% GOP turnout. True, lefties will also come out, but Trump’s power should never be underestimated. In the Pennsylvania House race two years ago he made up almost a 5-point difference for the Republican. And don’t point to the two traitors in Georgia: the endorsement of Jesus Christ Himself wouldn’t have saved those two smarmalaides.
Will Youngkin win? I don’t know. In fraud-ridden Virginia, I would never bet on the R. But he has the best chance of any GOP governor or senate candidate in over 20 years.
Good article, Larry. Youngkin has to win outside the margin of fraud.
