Story after story laments “Sin City’s” economic decline—-not 15 years after the biggest remodeling on the Strip since Meyer Lansky and John Roselli rearranged faces. Ah, the Cosmopolitan! The Vdara! The Aria! The Veer Towers! The Harmon! (Well, never mind. A few structural defects there).
