Is New York rattled?
DemoKKKrats there are suddenly sounding more MAGA-ish
Something is happening in the Empire State. First, in 2022 Lee Zeldin came within 6.5 points of winning the governorship, not just against a DemoKKKrat but against a DemoKKKrat incumbent. Then, in the presidential race of 2024, former governor Andrew (Nipplepin Venthoarder) Cuomo said a number of favorable things about Donald Trump. Next, New York City Mayor Eric the Red Adams began closing immigrant hotels and announcing that fewer resources would be diverted to the illegal invaders.
(Shortly after that, the Rutabaga’s Department of INJustice raided his top aide’s house and then Adams was indicted. It is clear part of this is aimed at getting in President Trump’s good graces so that he can get a pardon, or better yet, have the DOINJustice call off the dogs).
Today, Governor Kathy “Hock-a-loogie” Hochule said that the state of New York would fully cooperate with ICE agents in removing the illegal invaders.
What’s going on? I ran my thoughts by Seth Keshel at Captain K’s Corner on substack and he pretty much agreed. Most of the New York DemoKKKrats can read the writing on the wall, and it ain’t in Spanish or Sanscrit! You see, in 2022, Lee Zeldin came within 7 points of beating Hochule for governor. Then, last November, President Trump lost New York by just over 11 points. Seth and I agreed that in 2028, barring something absolutely unexpected, J.D. Vance or another Republican will be well within single digits in New York.
Consider the Empire State’s neighbor, New Jersey, where Trump lost by just five points! Consider that between now and 2028, New York will lose still more in population as people flee onerous taxes, crime, and, well . . . immigrants. Actually, that might help DemoKKKrats, as it is likely that more Republicans leave than DemoKKKrats. But you never know.
The fact that across the board not only is Trump himself less onerous than in 2017, but that Trump’s MAGA/America First policies are being embraced by key DemoKKKrats is telling. Of course, not all are going to go along. New York’s state assembly is not quite as crazy as Kollyfornia’s . . . but close. And already some New York legislators are trying to “fortify” the state’s “sanctuary” status. Good luck. Border Czar Tom Homan is going to take you apart like Thanos took apart the Avengers in “Infinity Wars.”
The fact is, New York and New Jersey are both getting redder—-but this time it’s not the RINO “red” of people like White Lizzo. This is MAGA red, populist red. Keep your eye on New York as a bellwether of where a lot of illegal invasion policies are headed.
