Elections are the superstructure: Pay attention to the Tectonic Shift in the Foundation

The last few months have seen pivotal defeats for the Deep State/Globalists

Being someone who obsesses over voter registration, I can certainly understand the attention to generic polls, state polling, the “apparent” improvement in Rutabaga’s polls, and so on.

Don’t miss the forest for the the trees. Or, more appropriately, don’t look at the ship’s superstructure when it has just taken a half-dozen torpedo hits.

In the last few months, beginning with the “term of the century” for the U.S. Supreme Court, with very few exceptions (Alex Jones) the law has shifted dramatically back toward justice, common sense, and ordinary people. Today, we saw more of the same.

First, in a massive win for taxpayers against the IRS, the court the First Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of James Harper vs. the IRS over the IRS’s third-party summons, which he claimed violated his Constitutional right. This was part of a Kollyfornia (naturally) “third-party” summons known as an ex parte “John Doe” summons where the IRS does not know the identity of a taxpayer. In other words, a massive fishing expedition. Cutting through the legalese, the Court ruled that the appellate was nowhere near being a clear violator of the code and was granted relief. This now makes it easier for people to escape these dragnets.

Then there was the Fifth Circuit’s vote to deny rehearing the United Airlines vax case involving religious freedom, which was another win for the people.

Then there is Dr. Robert Malone’s defamation case launched against the Washington Compost. (This is quite different than the toothless effort by Alex Berenson supposedly to “sue” Twitter for discovery).

Then there is a vax case against the Washington Nationals baseball team over Americans With Disabilities Act violations by the vaxxers.

Get away from the courts for a minute and it even gets better. The CDC’s Rochelle Walensky all but admitted CDC’s complicity in fraudulent testing and research in the China Virus vax, and promised a restructuring and “reset.” Uh uhhh toots. The American people aren’t gonna go for that. We want a full apology that begins “We were wrong . . .” Now, I know we won’t get one, because even with the immunity these slitherchickens have, it won’t cover them from fraud, and to admit any kind of knowledge is to basically admit fraud.

But this was huge. It’s the first major crack in the institutional infrastructure of the vax monolith. We’ll see how far it goes, but my guess is there is blood in the water. Already lawyer Robert Barnes and Bobby Kennedy, Jr. have a suit advancing against these institutions and the fact that it hasn’t been dismissed yet is a good sign.

Also, this week we had no fewer than three major articles about the panic that is setting in within the Deep State/Globalists. First, an article correctly noted that the persecuted won't take it forever. Then the esteemed Victor Davis Hanson said it’s time to abolish the FBI, one of the main police agencies of the Deep State. Then a former CIA analyst wrote that the elites are panicked. He warned that while we are seizing political power, they still control the culture, and that’s a battle (again, if anyone can believe anything written by a CIA agent).

This brings me to a point about sources: increasingly as a historian, I have had to go back and review all sources. For example, is it true that Greenwood Press was a CIA front publisher as asserted by some? What about Praeger Press? (Not to be at all confused with Dennis Prager.

All one needs to do is read Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s book about Dr. Fallacy to realize that the CDC, let alone the CIA, basically controlled the entire narrative about the China Virus for almost a year, squelching all discussion of treatments of HCQ or Ivermectin. Not to sound like a conspiracy kook, but it is well known that the CIA was involved in the production of “Argo” and it is likely it had a part in “Zero Dark Thirty,” both very good movies that made the Agency look heroic. What else did it fund?

At any rate, the failure to beat Vladimir Putin; the failure to contain knowledge about the damages of the vaxxes; the loss of control of much of the American court system; the continued distrust of virtually all establishment media—--these all add up to a tectonic shift in the foundations. The activity on the superstructure is worth paying attention to, and is not to be abandoned. But there are torpedoes hitting below the waterline, and the squidpickle elites know their ship is sinking.
