Both parties are struggling organizationally, which reflects our times

One of my regular readers, and a friend from MN, goes on at length about how terrible the MN Republican Party is. From what he sends me, I can’t argue. However, I speak in plenty of states, and it’s surprising that somehow each one of the has “the worst party organization in the nation.” Strangely, they may all be right.
