As the World Collapses into Financial Chaos . . .

DemoKKKrats obliviously continue their meaningless, pathetic Patriot Day hearings.

We’ve seen the one movie/two screens before. Seldom, however, has the reality between real life and what is going on among the elites and in the nation’s capital been more at odds.

Nationally we are averaging over $5 a gallon at the gas pump. Some suggest Biteme is doing this on purpose to bring about so-called “green energy” (increasingly showing itself to be extremely un-environmentally friendly). Perhaps certainly the Demented Pervert hates America and wants only the worst for us. But I think “deliberate” would be giving the Rutabaga too much credit. I’m not sure he—-or even his spooge-filled team of dolts, malcontents, and ardaark-brained “advisors” really can think past next payday.

Gas prices may be just the most immediate, or most notable, issue here in the US. Consider that China has had a run on its banks with six of its biggest having frozen deposits. Or consider that Japan is on the verge of systemic collapse. Or that the Euros have had to begin importing Russkie oil again, whether they pay for it in rubles or Cheerios. And today, as I write this, Wall Street stocks are crumbling again and headed for a bear market. Today the S&P officially entered bear market territory.

Yet the termite-brains in D.C. are 100% focused on gun-grabbing and Patriot Day hearings. This even as stories swirl that Biteme is ""frustrated" at his inability to lower gas prices without even understanding that prices are a function of production, not control. Jeez. These people are stupider than even I dreamed. And having failed to blame Pootie-poot for gas prices, the Rutabaga is now attempting to blame oil companies. And how, Demented Pervert, are the oil companies to blame for high food and housing as well? The stupid. It hurts. Nevertheless, the Rutabaga raged at his inner circle over high gas prices—-which he caused.

None of that has deterred the hoaxish Patriot Day (January 6) committee from continuing with goofball hearings full of sound and fury signifying fecalwrap. They seem clueless that these antics, combined with the Rutabaga’s dementia and addle-brained comments—-not to mention apparent helplessness—-continue to push his polling (and their own) down. Today in Civiqs, which has been a leading indicator for polls, the Rutabaga hit 33% while the lagging pollster Rasmussen fell into the 30s. Biteme’s RealClearPolitics average now is at 39%. As I always say, given the margin of error and high DemoKKKrat sample sizes in most of these, the Pervert is probably in the low 30s touching on Nixonland in the 20s.

Which is right where we want them.
