If you recall, a few weeks ago I wrote about Shoshana Zuboff’s book, The Age of Surveillance Capitalism (2019). Having completed it—-no easy task—-I can say with confidence this is probably one of the three most important books I’ve read in the past 30 years. It is dense, a struggle to read at at times, occasionally repetitive and it is absolutely essential that everyone read it.
